About Deepika’s Deep Clicks –
Deepika’s passion for becoming professional photographer led her to walk on her chosen path. Devoid of any professional training, overcoming the initial resistance of parents, with determination and self belief she took to Camera world and thereafter, for her, there was no coming back.Deepika’s recent works include photo shoot for Manchester based Magazine “Common Word”, Glimpse, a Lifestyle and fashion magazine of North India, and Urban Mélange Magazine, a Lifestyle magazine, HT Newspapers, PTC, Lovely Professional University and photo shoots of many celebrities.Deepika’s strength lies in capturing the details of Costumes and hair styling in fashion photography under light effects to bring forth the exceptional features of the subjects. She feels fun in experimenting with hair style and make up for the shoots, especially for brides and models. Her exhibition on fashion portfolios ‘NUMAISH 2013″ remained a talk of the tinsel world.Her stints in film industry included coordinating for junior artists for Bollywood films – “Mausam, Student of the year”, Casting and styling for Minisha Lamba and Hazel Keech in the Punjabi film- Heer and Hero- and she worked for a film production house “The Theatre Army Films”.Deepika, besides having much success under her arm, she devotes time with a ‘Aayam society’ for under privileged children for taking dance and art workshops and brings some happiness amongst them. She also runs a group called ‘Zahanat Artistry” where young talent works together.
